What is your return policy?
Full priced items (see below for Sale return policy) may be returned within 14 days from the date the product was delivered to you in the original condition they were sent in (tags and liners attached) for a full refund. Anemos offers free returns on domestic orders. Please include your original packing list with your return. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded in the original form of payment. If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price. All returns are subject to inspection- items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged are not eligible to return. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender.
How do I return my order?
To initiate your domestic return, please click here. When your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and a prepaid shipping label to your email. Please allow up to ten business days for you to receive your refund.
*Our system cannot process sale and regularly priced returns at once. For returning/exchanging orders which have both regularly priced and sale items, please place two separate return/exchange requests here. For more information on our sale return policy please read below.
At this time international orders are final sale, please email info@anemoslosangeles.com for any special return circumstances like defects or other issues.
How can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are available on all products within 14 days of receipt. An exchange can be initiated here. We offer complimentary shipping on exchanges. Direct exchange requests will be fulfilled dependent on stock availability. If the item is out of stock you will be automatically notified.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
How long does it take to process my return/exchange?
Return/exchange processing can take up to 5-7 business days from the day the package is received.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded to the original form of payment, sale items can be refunded for merchandise credit. Sale merchandise may also be exchanged for different sizing within 14 days of receipt.
